If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com within 4 days of receiving your item(s). We will send return instructions! We offer exchanges only for store credit, issued in the form of a credit on your Comment Sold account. This means you can use your credit on lives, wall drops, and our app when it is available. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, un-smelly (is that a word?) smoke free, pet hair free and be returned to us in the way they were sent. If you wish to exchange your item, please e-mail us for an exchange form. Please do NOT return items before completing the form, as we will not be able to complete your return. The buyer pays for return shipping. Exchanges must include the packing slip you received with the items (or printed receipt). Items cannot be returned via drop off - they must be shipped so that we can ensure your items are received and accounted for. Items returned smelling of smoke, perfume or last night’s salmon patties, or having pet hair (or what we sure hope is pet hair!) or appear to be not clean or have been worn, will not be accepted, and we will no longer accept returns from you. We process exchanges once per week. Exchanges can take up to 10 business days to process but we work through them as fast as possible. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange including deals of the day, undergarments, or other items deemed as final sale in live videos, wall drops, etc. Once your item has been received, you will receive an e-mail, indicating that you have been issued a credit.
